PERKIM Kebangsaan launches its first mini library

Libraries play an important role by providing not only for those looking for information, but also, for society to be more sociable as a community. Having a mini library helps to inculcate a positive attitude in people and aids in the formation of new perspectives and ideas.
PERKIM Kebangsaan is aware of this fact and took an initiative of building our first mini library located at our lobby. This mini library also serve as community centres by helping people especially the new converts integrate into the community.

The new mini library is stocked with references materials of Islam including books, magazines, journals and pamphlets.
Our Honorary Secretary General, Tan Sri Dr. Mohd Yusof Noor stated that the mini library is launched to help cultivate reading habits and nurture a well-read society. Everybody is welcomed to visit the mini library as it also serves as a community center where people seeking knowledge about Islam can gather.
PERKIM’s Mini Library operates from Monday to Friday, 9.00 AM to 4:30PM. Admissions are free.
