Objectives

VISION
To designate PERKIM as an International Dakwah Non-Governmental Organization (NGO).

MISSION
To make PERKIM a leading NGO to provide support to Islamic institutions in Malaysia and internationally.

The five main elements that impel the direction of PERKIM are:

Da’wah
To intensify preaching activities to Malaysians and the international community.

Education
To improve understanding of Islam through organized education.

Welfare
To ensure the welfare of community is organized.

Cooperation
To improve cooperation with Government Agencies and other related bodies.

Others
To establish a management and administration system capable of achieving all PERKIM’s goals.

In realizing the objectives of its establishment, PERKIM practises spreading the message of Islamic preaching based on charitable works that have been proven to have benefited all groups of society, as well as being able to improve the image of Islam and eliminate any negative prejudices against Islam.
